The FRENCH MISSION FOR CORPORATION
The French Mission for
Corporation opened its Regional Agency in St. Lucia in the Mid-1980’s. Its main focus was on Agriculture. It built a Training Research and Extension Development Unit (TREDU) in Choiseul. Their main focus was on On-Farm Experimentation in Developmental Oriented Research and the Training of Extension Staff. Today TREDU houses the Regional Extension Staff of Region 6.

Continued assistance to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, for the development of the rural community.
