Our Objectives
To increase Agricultural Productivity, thereby:
 Facilitating the generation and transfer of appropriate technology;
 Guaranting the security of food supplies through the promotion effective management of Crop
     and Livestock enterprises;
 Promoting and supporting the conservation of the country’s  natural resource base;
 Assisting in the establishment and maintenance of proper marketing and distribution channels for
     agricultural produce;
 Advocating and promoting the optimal utilization of the factors of  production and;
 Assisting in the development of the human capacity for efficient development of agricultural
     production enterprise;
